Charlotte NC, Winter 2010 –Triton Analytics Group, a full-service market research consultancy, was recently contacted by a leading Pharmaceutical Company regarding name validation research. The project involved naming a new COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) product for international distribution. Demonstrating Triton’s domestic and international capabilities, the respondent geographies were a challenge to say the least. “One of the things we NEVER do is promise something on the front end and not deliver on the back end. When we initially discussed who we wanted to contact, I had to take a couple of days to run the feasibility study. They requested respondents in 29 European Countries, much more than the ‘Big Five’ traditionally contacted by researchers. After investigating what we could do, we felt because the respondent size (6 completes per) was manageable, we could do it.” said Christopher L’Orange, Triton’s President and CEO.
Through pre-recruitment efforts and focus on pre and post study translations, Triton Analytics Group completed the initiative and provided the client its recommendations in 8 weeks from the start of field work. President of Triton Analytics Group, Chris L’Orange says, “The key to a project like this is to have everything together prior to launch. Recalling my days on the customer side, there was nothing worse than getting launched and then having the vendor call and say ‘that we can’t do it’ or ‘its going to take two months longer’ than originally scoped”. These type of Pharmaceutical engagements are important to the growth of Triton Analytics Group. If you would like more information about this project or to request a proposal, please contact Christopher L’Orange, President and CEO of Triton Analytics Group.
